This work shapes perception of navigating a space by using a combination of sound heard from headphones with external speakers. It is shown in two variations. For both versions, a binaural recording of a long tone in a small room plays through headphones worn by the audience. The first variation explores dynamics of space as external stereo sounds fluctuate against the binaural recording in the headphones. The second variation distributes different static tones throughout a room, allowing the listener to explore different combinations of tones with the headphones by changing their physical position in the room.
